All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of placing your order, excluding orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays. These will be dispatched the next working day. If there is a delay with your order, you will be contacted straight away.
We offer a number of delivery options for the UK, which will be shown at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship outside of the UK.
We at Active Sports are always here to help. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us. This helps avoid unnecessary return charges. Parcelforce and Royal Mail hold parcels for 5 days after an attempted delivery, so contact us as soon as possible.
Mainland UK Postage
- Items under 1kg: Sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signature required).
- Items over 1kg: Sent via Parcelforce (signature required).
PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched the following working day.
- We cannot guarantee first class delivery during Royal Mail strikes.
- Parcelforce does not deliver on weekends. E.g. if you order Thursday night and choose Express Delivery, it will arrive Monday or Tuesday.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. If a parcel is delivered incorrectly or returned due to a failed delivery attempt, the following charges will apply:
- Redelivery or correction fee: £9.99
- If no redelivery is requested, we will refund the item cost minus £9.99.
- Deliveries may occur anytime between 8am and 6pm.
PLEASE NOTE: If no one is home to receive the delivery, a card should be left unless full tracking is available. It is your responsibility to be available to sign for the parcel. ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION SUPPLIES Ltd, Parcelforce, or UK Mail cannot be held liable unless proven negligent. Couriers are unable to make customer calls.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and British Islands Delivery Charges
PLEASE NOTE: "British Islands" refers to areas separated from the UK mainland by water.
We do not accept orders outside the UK or Ireland. Apologies for the inconvenience.
British Armed Forces (BFPO)
- Under 1kg: Delivery is available to BFPO addresses with a full UK postcode.
- Over 1.5kg: Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses.
If you are unsure whether your delivery address requires extra charges, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Charges Based on Item Weight
Items Over 1kg
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or a missed delivery, and redelivery is requested, a £12.50 charge will apply. If you opt not to redeliver, we will refund your item minus £12.50. Charges also apply if no redelivery is arranged and the parcel is returned to us. Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm.
Items Under 1kg
In similar situations, a £5.00 fee will apply. Again, this applies to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries without redelivery arrangement. Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for delivery. ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION SUPPLIES Ltd and Royal Mail cannot be held liable for failed deliveries unless proven negligent. Royal Mail staff cannot contact customers directly—this is their nationwide policy.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please reject the parcel or sign for it as damaged. To process a claim, we will need:
- Photographic evidence of the damage
- Possibly return of the parcel for inspection or collection by the courier
If no evidence is provided, or the courier is denied access to inspect the parcel, your claim will be rejected.
Adverse Weather Conditions
In the rare event that adverse weather delays your delivery, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier. Upgraded postage costs are non-refundable if the goods were dispatched on time but delayed by weather.
